About Justin Wallis

Justin is an expert in functional training. He specialises in working with the human body from the ground up focusing on addressing asymmetry and weakness within the body to reduce pain, improve quality of movement and to build a stronger, more mobile version while also building muscle and reducing body fat.

Justin breaks his teaching down to small manageable chunks, designing fully personalised programmes to maximise client results. Focusing on learning good technique and proper form is always the priority with Justin. ¬†Everything will be tailored to client’s individual needs. The client is never expected to undertake a movement that is not beneficial to progression.

Justin has more than 10 years experience as a coach. He has a Level 4 Advanced Coaching Diploma and Level 3 Personal Trainer Certification, as well as numerous other qualifications.

Justin started his career in the UK before leaving the country in 2011. Since then he has coached in over 10 countries. One of his career highlights so far was coaching the Kyrgyzstan national judo team.

From the age of 6 Justin has been involved in health and fitness. He competed as a high-level track and field athlete for many years and played football as a goalkeeper. This instilled his deep passion for learning and sharing his passion for health and fitness with others.

Justin gained most of his fitness knowledge and experience working as head coach in two world class facilities where he worked with a broad range of students; from the clinically obese, elderly, people with major injuries to world class athletes. He helped his students achieve their respective goals and aspirations, seeing life changing results with people on a regular basis.

Justin loves working with every one no matter what level of fitness they currently are.

As head coach, he was also responsible for 4-6 other coaches. Justin has taught more than 12 000 students of numerous nationalities to date, which has drastically expanded his understanding of coaching and student needs.
