Keep It Simple
Beep beep! Your alarm goes off at 8am and you wonder where you are … looking around it dawns on you; ‘i’m in a tropical paradise working on getting myself fit and healthy!’ – great start.
You jump out of bed and head on down to our gym, a five minute walk. Sun shining, air fresh with birdsong. Arriving at the gym you’re greeted with a big smile and handed your super strength nutrient dense green smoothie – result!
Smoothie drunk, hands out … wraps on, straight into the fighter’s corner where your trainers are preparing to put you through your paces. What’s this? As you finish your workout a delicious protein shake is handed to you – down it – PHEW! Muay Thai over, gloves down, now we’re straight into HiiT interval training. Fat burning, you’re glowing – that’s the morning training done already. Tick.
Hungry? You’re handed your pre-packed, pre-prepared (that morning) organic, vegan, lunch and now you have a little time to digest, soak up the sun and generally enjoy your life. Rn’R down the beach? Don’t mind if I do …
Then it’s into afternoon training – we mix it up with functional fusion, bootcamp or TRX – your body, your choice. More steam to burn off? Off to the punching bags you go. With two or three classes each afternoon the only thing you need to think about is just how good you’re going to look when it’s all over.
Feeling great? Tired but happy? Great.
Classes are finished for the day and it’s around 5pm. Grab your pre-prepared dinner (which you can enjoy back at your pad, or pop in your rucksack and head on down to Niham beach to watch the sunset) – then the only choice you’re left with is ‘shall I get a world famous massage for less than the price of a glass of wine.’ And that’s it, day over.
Tomorrow is a new day!
