I was introduced to RAW fitness by a friend as she knows how I struggle with tightness due to not stretching properly after training. She recommended I try the deep stretch classes with Jason and I am very happy I followed her advice! The hot deep stretch classes benefited me by reducing my soreness and I was able to move more flexible. I also started to follow the Bikram yoga at RAW and a couple of HIIT classes which where heaps of fun. RAW fitness is in my eyes the perfect addition for a person like me who works out on a high level. For me this meant attending the Bikram yoga and Deep stretch classes. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always there to help. They cater for any fitness level and push you to your limits! Thanks for having me!
My wife and I participated in the Hot Stretch Classes and the Hot Yoga Classes. The instructors were very professional and friendly. The gym facility was very relaxing and spacious and we did not need encouragement to participate every morning. We lost weight and had more energy to enjoy our holiday to the fullest. We highly recommend Raw Fitness as we are coming back again next year. Look forward to catching up again this time next year.
